1. Services
Ontario Seamless Gutters provides exterior home services including, but not limited to, eavestrough services, soffit & fascia, siding, flashing. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in individual quotes.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Additional work discovered during a job may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
5. Guarantees and Warranties
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products used. These guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party interference.
6. Liability
We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or issues not caused by our work. Any claims must be made in writing within 7 days of completion.
7. Access and Preparation
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area. We recommend clearing the immediate work area of valuables and fragile items before our arrival. We are not responsible for damage to items not moved before work commences.
8. Health and Safety
All our work is carried out in compliance with current health and safety regulations. We reserve the right to refuse to undertake any work that we consider to be unsafe.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Ontario Seamless Gutters and is protected by copyright laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
